How do I request a refund?   Send us your name and order number with your request to comments@uslocate.com or mail to U.S. Locator's People Search Services P.O. Box 874 Buffalo, NY 14224 Attn: refund dept. You should wait at least 60 days to give our files enough time to be updated so we can perform a retrace. Our goal is to find who you're looking for. All refunds are subject to a $ 25 minimum search fee + costs(does not apply to super search).
